Delete it yourself

1. Open app.tvroutine.com on your phone or computer and log in with your email address.
2. Tap Account at the bottom of the page.
3. Tap Delete my account, then confirm.

Already logged in? Go to Account.

If you are the only owner of a family with other parents, first make one of them an owner on the Family page.

Or ask us

Email privacy@tvroutine.com from the address you log in with and ask us to delete your account. We do it within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

• Your login, your email address and all your sessions. Linked TVs stop loading your routine.
• Every family where you are the only member, with its routine and settings.
• Your membership in families you share, and invitations you sent that are still open.

Families you share stay with the other parents, including the routine you edited together. Deleted data leaves our database backups within 30 days.
